STRENGTH - LOWER BODY

Strength is our weights focused group fitness class. Let's slow down, for 45 minutes we are going to work on compound movements, heavy weights and controlled technique.

 

Spend 3-5 minutes at 1 single exercise to get your move right, increase the weight & perfect your range of motion. Your coach will talk you through this!
