Jade is an online personal trainer, FMG competitor, and the owner + head coach of The Shed Fitness Hunter Valley, a boutique gym built for women who want more than quick fixes.
Through Built by Jade, I currently coach over 60+ women worldwide via my exclusive app with a simple goal:
Helping you build a strong, confident body and a lifestyle you can actually maintain. Not quick fixes!
My coaching style is structured, supportive, and results-driven. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, muscle gain, body recomposition, or simply feeling better within yourself, you’ll never feel like “just another number” here.
