BOXFIT

Box Fit Solo is a 45-minute individualised form of boxing. It allows you to work in a team setting, at your own pace, with or without pace. A mix of boxing combinations and cardio exercises. This class will keep your heart rate up and will have you feeling alive.

Total Body Fierce

Total Body Fierce is our complete body strength & conditioning focused group fitness class. We are going to work on compound movements, heavy weights and controlled technique.

Small Group PT

If you are looking to get confident and comfortable in the gym then this is the class for you. This class is will help you learn new movements in the gym and build an amazing, effective and efficient gym program inside our gym.

Please note only our Gold & Bronze Platinum members and FP Add On members can access this class.

HIIT Mat Pilates

We have carefully crafted our favourite Mat Pilates and Express HIIT movement to have you burning from head to toe without all the impact. We will use a combination of Pilates resistance bands, balls & weight plates to help you engage and activate your glutes, core and shoulders! We will always finish you off with a 2-3 min relaxation, breath work or meditation to have you relaxed and ready for anything.

REFORMER FLOW

A seamless, dynamic reformer workout that blends fluid, controlled movements with mindful breathing. Flow builds strength, length, and flexibility while keeping you moving in a graceful, energising rhythm. Expect a full-body burn that feels as good as it looks.

REFORMER JUMPBOARD

Cardio meets Pilates. This high-energy reformer class uses the jumpboard to add low-impact, joint-friendly plyometrics to your workout. You’ll boost heart rate, improve muscle endurance, and have fun while still getting all the toning benefits of Pilates

REFORMER STRENGTH

Slow, controlled, and powerful, this is reformer Pilates turned up a notch. Using heavier springs and focused resistance work, Strength targets deep stabilising muscles for improved tone, posture, and core power. Perfect for building strength without bulk.
