Cardio meets Pilates. This high-energy reformer class uses the jumpboard to add low-impact, joint-friendly plyometrics to your workout. You’ll boost heart rate, improve muscle endurance, and have fun while still getting all the toning benefits of Pilates.

Slow, controlled, and powerful, this is reformer Pilates turned up a notch. Using heavier springs and focused resistance work, Strength targets deep stabilising muscles for improved tone, posture, and core power. Perfect for building strength without bulk.

Hiit Mat Pilates

We have carefully crafted our favourite Mat Pilates and Express HIIT movement to have you burning from head to toe without all the impact. We will use a combination of Pilates resistance bands, balls & weight plates to help you engage and activate your glutes, core and shoulders! We will always finish you off with a 2-3 min relaxation, breath work or meditation to have you relaxed and ready for anything.
