In-gym training gives you face-to-face coaching and a group training environment at The Shed.
Online coaching gives you structured programming, app-based guidance, and ongoing support so you can train anytime, anywhere. Both deliver results — the best option depends on how and where you train.You’ll receive a structured training program delivered through our coaching app. You follow your sessions at your own pace, track progress, and communicate with your coach for guidance, feedback, and progression.
Yes. Many members use online coaching alongside in-gym training for extra structure and accountability. If you train both in and out of the gym, we’ll help align everything so it works together.
Programs are progressed regularly based on your goals, performance, and feedback. As you improve, your training evolves — we don’t use one-size-fits-all programs.
Not necessarily. We can program for full gym access, limited equipment, or home setups. Your program is built around what you have available.
Coaching doesn’t stop when you leave the gym. You can ask questions, submit videos, and receive guidance through the app — whether you’re training at The Shed or elsewhere.
No. Online coaching includes structure, progression, support, and accountability — not just a list of exercises. You’re guided through the process so you always know what to do and why you’re doing it.
In many cases, yes. Depending on availability, we can organise a walkthrough, trial session, or intro chat so you can see if The Shed is the right fit for you.
