ABOUT JADE
Jade is an online personal trainer, FMG competitor, and the owner + head coach of The Shed Fitness Hunter Valley, a boutique gym built for women who want more than quick fixes.
Through Built by Jade, I currently coach over 60+ women worldwide via my exclusive app with a simple goal:
Helping you build a strong, confident body and a lifestyle you can actually maintain. Not quick fixes!
My coaching style is structured, supportive, and results-driven. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, muscle gain, body recomposition, or simply feeling better within yourself, you’ll never feel like “just another number” here. You’ll have a plan, accountability, and a coach who genuinely cares about your progress.
As a competitor, coach, and business owner, I understand what it takes to create real transformation, not just physically, but mentally too. I don’t believe in extremes. I believe in training with purpose, eating in a way that fuels your body, and building habits that last long after motivation fades.

GYM PROGRAMMING
This membership includes fully personalised training designed around your lifestyle, whether you train at home or in the gym.
We’ll work together to map out where you’re training, how many days you can realistically commit to, and exactly what your goals are… then we build the plan from there.
Your program is structured into 4-week training blocks, designed to keep you progressing without burning out:
